Baby Girls Nursery Reveal

The time has come! We are finally finished with our baby girls nursery… her room is seriously my favorite in the whole house. Not only is it adorable but it’s more organized than anything else in my entire life… for real.
Without further ado…

I wanted her room to be feminine and to be able to grow with her, I chose functional pieces since this is a relatively small bedroom. I needed all of the storage space I could get. I could not be happier with how it turned out!

I found these great drawer organizers on Amazon – game changer! They keep all of those teeny tiny baby things organized and make it easy to see what you need! Now just wish me luck in keeping them this organized…

I traded the brushed nickel hardware that came with the dresser for these gold knobs to match the mirror and curtain rods. The other gold accents started falling into place as we went along…

Again, the name of the game with this room was functionality (and cuteness, of course) so we went with these IKEA spice racks for her books (yep, spice racks…and at $4.99 each they were cheaper than any floating bookshelves I could find) and just painted them white! They fit perfectly behind the door – looove love love!

These storage cubes and baskets are also from IKEA… with the exception of the two cube storage by the dresser, that one I found at Target to match! These are where I keep all of her bibs, receiving blankets, swaddles, extra diapers, toys, etc. The one in her closet holds extra blankets, some next size up clothes and I still have a couple empty baskets for all of the things I know she will end up with!

Can I just live in here, please?

I hope you enjoyed this little nursery tour even 1/4 as much as I did putting it all together! If you’re working on your own nursery, have fun with it! I started with the rug, light fixture and the art over her crib…and it all just started falling into place from there… easily one of the most stress free decorating projects we’ve done! I can’t wait to hold our sweet girl in here – SOON!
